& RATES CHART

NOTICE:	Due to recent increases in shipping rates by all major carriers, a new shipping policy is effective immediately :
	The United States Postal Service will be used exclusively except under unusual circumstances. (See EXCEPTIONS at bottom.)
	All rates quoted in the chart below are based on USPS First Class, Priority or Global Priority Mail, which are generally the fastest and most economical choices for typical orders, and provide the protection of a tracking number on international shipments.
	Insurance is not included in quoted rates, and KRC is not responsible for non-delivery of uninsured packages. Insurance may be limited or unavailable to some international destinations.
	For international orders, options such as Small Packet Air Mail, Parcel Post, Express Mail and Registered Mail are also available; however, these are based on exact package weight which is unknown until your order has actually been packed, and insurance may or may not be available for your choice of service and destination. It is recommended that you authorize KRC to choose the shipping method based on how quickly you want your order and to charge your account accordingly.
	EXCEPTIONS: (U.S.A. only) For orders which are unusually heavy or bulky and for which time is not critical, UPS Ground Service (street address only, no P.O. boxes) or USPS "Book Rate" or "Parcel Post" service may be used strictly at KRC's discretion. Orders over $200.00 may use Fed-X; buyer pays 100%.
